Dear U.S. customers, I am very sad to inform you that flute orders are now subject to 35% tariffs as of August 29, 2025. Unfortunately, the tariffs have to be paid by all U.S. customers.
I kindly ask that you contact me prior to making a new purchase via the website, as when you make a purchase via PayPal their transaction fee of 4% is non-refundable, even if I need to give my customers a full refund.

Good News/Bad News. Canada Post has partnered with Zonos, a company that streamlines the process of having tariffs calculated and paid. I have successfully used it to process shipping via Canada Post with 4 customers. The bad news is Canada Post is now on strike!
I have used UPS with one customer and thus far he told me he wasn't charged any duty or tariff fees when I first spoke to him a week or two ago. I am waiting on confirmation from him that he hasn't since received an extra charge from UPS, as this is how many couriers do business.
